We will officially become
Mr & Mrs Luffman
on Thursday 4th June 2026, followed by a small, intimate ceremony at the weekend.
But the real celebration comes a little later...
On Saturday 20th June, we're throwing a big party with all the people who have touched our lives over the years. We'd love for you to come along, share a drink, hit the dance floor, and celebrate this next chapter with us.
You're very welcome to arrive any time from 6.00pm. We're planning to cut the cake at 7.30pm, followed by our first dance to kick off the disco.
If you don't want to miss those moments, be sure to join us by then!
Yes! The venue has two bars which will be open all night, and NomadsBBQ will be on site with their food truck serving their amazing smoked brisket, pork, and loaded fries from 7.00pm - 9.00pm.
And of course, there will be cake!
Food and drinks will be available to purchase, so please bring cash or card.
The celebration will be held at Magelake Pavilion, just outside the village of Uffculme. The Pavilion is around five minutes from Junction 27 (Tiverton exit) on the M5.
Address: Magelake Pavilion and Recreation Ground, Culmstock Road, Uffculme, Devon, EX15 3DR

Yes. There is on-site parking for approximately 90 cars, so plenty of space available.
There is no strict dress code.
Think party-ready, comfortable, but most importantly something you'll enjoy dancing in.
We'll be in our wedding outfits, as will our attendants, so feel free to dress up if you like!
Children are very welcome, but will need to be supervised.
We'll also have access to the football fields behind the pavilion, so there is plenty of space for running around and getting some fresh air between dances!
We've addressed invitations by name and tried to include all plus-ones, so we have an idea of numbers.
That said, we know life changes! If we've missed a name, please get in touch. We'll always do our best to include partners where possible, we just need to confirm final numbers with the venue.
Please don't feel you need to bring a gift — having you there is what matters most.
If you'd like to do something, kind words, a card, or simply joining us on the dance floor means more than enough. We're not having a photographer (only a videographer), so a wonderful 'gift' would be snapping a few fun photos during the night and sharing them with us afterwards.
There will be seating available both inside and outside (weather permitting).
The pavilion has two rooms: one will be the main disco room, and the other will be a quieter space for chatting, relaxing, or for anyone who fancies a break from the dance floor.
The celebration will run until late. Music will finish at 1.00am, so we'll be dancing up until the very end!
We'd recommend booking taxis in advance if you think you'll need one (it's a little rural).
If anyone gets carried away, cars can be left overnight at the pavilion and collected the next day.

Our hero, hailing from the legendary shire of Devon, set off on a noble (and slightly overdue) quest to find his lady fair. With a little help from a modern-day matchmaker (because this is the 21st century), his journey carried him beyond Devon's rolling moors and winding rivers, and into the neighbouring land of Somerset.
Meanwhile, our heroine was conducting herself with all due sense and independence, quite unaware that fate (and a dating algorithm) had taken an interest in her prospects. It is a truth universally acknowledged that a single woman well-versed in romance might reasonably expect a meet-cute of her own — though not always in the manner imagined. Messages were exchanged, and it soon became clear that this meeting of minds was not merely agreeable, but rather promising indeed.
We met in February 2023 and clicked straight away, chatting about TV binges, favourite foods, and our shared love of the countryside (particularly Devon, for Brett). We both had that rare feeling that something important was beginning.
A few dates later, Brett introduced Beth to the other leading lady in his life, Heidi, and it was love at first sight all round.
Fast forward to August 2025. On a Lake District adventure, doing what we love most together, we set off hiking. On one of the very first days, at the summit of Skiddaw, Brett got down on one knee…
And so, dear friends, the next chapter begins — and we'd love you to help us celebrate it at our happily ever after party.
Not quite a meet-cute, but very much the real thing.
Please let us know if you'll be joining us at our Happily Ever After Party
Please RSVP by 30th April 2026 Alternatively, you can RSVP by email at rsvp@brett-and-beth.co.uk or post at 39 Hollingarth Way, Hemyock, EX15 3XB.
Sending...
Thank you for letting us know you're coming, it means so much to us and we can't wait to celebrate together.
Thank you for letting us know. We'll miss you on the day, but we completely understand and hope to see you soon.
